Breaking News: Uterine Cancer Now Recognized as 9/11-Related Cancer

After years of being underrepresented, women who have developed uterine cancer—including endometrial cancer—from their exposure to 9/11 toxins are now eligible for free health care and compensation.

“I’m just thankful and so grateful to all the people who really advocated for this,” says our client Diane Rivera (pictured). She was working at Citibank at 111 Wall St on September 11th. Diane made it through the day unscathed, but twenty years later, she was diagnosed with uterine cancer linked to 9/11.

I’m thrilled that the government has finally lived up to their pledge to never forget and to provide free health care and compensation to all 9/11 first responders and survivors, including those women who have uterine and endometrial cancer.

I was diagnosed with Uterine cancer and had a total Hysterectomy . I gave Tours on the WTC site with Students/Seniors after the destroyed area was open to the public almost everyday without a mask…
