I wanted to offer my most heartfelt thanks to everyone at your firm who worked so diligently to obtain the maximum VCF award for me. I was diagnosed with Stage 1 Colon Cancer, but because it was caught early on a routine colonoscopy, my treatment was not very arduous.
I started my journey with Melissa Kaufman and Elizabeth Hanley, then moved on to Leah Betso, who shepherded me most of the way through the claim process. Amanda Skrelja explained the award to me, and, lastly, Carolyn Burgess issued the wire transfer. EVERYONE along the way was patient and considerate. However, Leah Betso was my guiding light. She was my confidant, shrink and facilitator. She made everything so easy. I truly cannot say enough about her.
