Thank you for being there! I cannot tell you… Many, many thanks for all you do on behalf of the 9/11 community and the families that have lost loved ones. The fine people on your staff that I had direct contact with along the way were Sequa, Kevin, Jade, and Marcia. They all were great. How they each handled everything with kind understanding, patience and a pleasant manner had a calming effect, de-stressing me from what felt complicated.
