At one of our last meetings, we were joined by Ret. Jersey City Police Officer Valerie Velazquez-Stetz who works for the law firm of Barasch & McGarry, handling 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund claims and paperwork. INVALUABLE: Just over the past few months, Val has helped clear up paperwork issues with a personal touch as she helps get our New Jersey brothers and sisters signed up for compensation. When I call Val, she picks up the phone and handles my request with no questions asked. To date, she has helped one of my family members and has helped at least 20 or more brothers in need.
