Your staff nurse, Mr. Todd Cleckley, just spend 3.5 hours on the phone with me assisting me in completing the necessary questionnaire(s) and forms required by the WTC Health Organization to get my enrollment completed.
This was a service Todd offered to do when I explained to him the various technical glitches inherent in that organization’s systems which prevented me from completing anything in a timely manner to move the process forward, especially since I am still in treatment for cancer and have found this process to be overwhelming and, often, impossible.
Todd was unfailingly patient, considerate and extremely sensitive in this monumental task, particularly with the need to discuss the traumatic events surrounding 9/11, but also the need to discuss in great detail my current medical condition, still ongoing.
