How to Send Medical Records

  • The WTC Health Program provides medical monitoring and treatment for certified 9/11-related conditions, including 69 cancers and many respiratory and digestive illnesses.
  • To become certified, we need medical records confirming your diagnosis, such as CT scans, biopsy reports, or treatment records.
