I wanted to take this time to thank you and your entire staff for making process as uncomplicated as possible. From the moment I entered your office I felt everybody on your staff was personally interested in my case. From the receptionist to your lawyers.
It’s a scary day when you hear the words ” you have cancer “. Being a first responder on September 11, 2001 at the WTC is something I am very proud of, and if called upon again I would do my duty. As a retired member of the NYPD, being part of such a large organization can be very difficult. Your firm made it very easy to negotiate the bureaucracy.
There is one person on your staff that I really stood out for going above and beyond ” the call of duty”. I have to thank, Mr. JACOB PEÑA ,for their dedicated service and professionalism throughout this process. I had a unusual and special situation because I am a “snowbird” splitting my time between New York and Costa Rica. Mr. Peña was is my lifeline throughout this difficult time. He always kept me connected through emails and phone calls. I felt like he was just down the block from me! ( like when I worked “The intelligence division” at City Hall for the mayors office .) He was always available, always willing to help me, no matter how small or large of a situation I had to deal with. This is why your law firm is the best friend a first responder can have when they hear the dreaded words ” if you have cancer”. All I can say is thank you ! Thank you for all you have done for me.
