I am a client of your firm in connection with the WTC Health Program. It took me some time to come around to engage in the program for all the reasons I suspect you are already familiar with and that many of your other clients have probably shared.
I am writing you to let you know that your firm and the people there have been wonderful helping me through. I started the process quite a while ago with a lot of stops/starts on my end. People at your firm never lost track of me though and frequently checked-in on me. They were helpful and compassionate.
In particular, I want to ‘call out’ a person at your firm who went ‘above & beyond’ to help me through. His name is Daniel Lee. Simply put, he is fantastic. His deep knowledge about the process and why it was so important for me to see this through was a difference maker for me. But as important as that was, it was really his compassion, empathy and patience in answering my many, many questions that I was most impressed with. He never rushed me through and no question was too minor to answer. He put me at ease and was incredibly responsive when I reached out to him. I am very appreciative of his efforts and caring. I don’t think I would have completed the process without him.
