Important Update: Federal Government Shutdown

Even during the Federal Government shutdown, Barasch & McGarry remains fully operational and committed to serving our clients. We continue to answer calls, enroll clients in the WTC Health Program, submit claims to the Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) and advocate for 9/11 victims and their families every day.

Please note that if your claim is already in the payment stage with the VCF, you may experience a delay in receiving your payment. This is because several federal agencies are involved in the payment process, including the U.S. Treasury Department.
