Barasch & McGarry Honors Memorial Day

May 29, 2023 | Michael Barasch

Memorial Day is a time to honor those who have served our great country, especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice. We remember those who have served abroad, and of course, we honor those who have served at home, including those who assisted at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and the Shanksville crash site.

And, we remember those who have died as a result of their exposure to 9/11 toxins.

May 30th also marks the 21st anniversary since the last column, draped in an American flag, was removed from Ground Zero in an honor guard procession. That solemn ceremony marked the official end of the 9/11 rescue and recovery operations.

Wishing you a meaningful Memorial Day.

With deep respect,
The Barasch & McGarry Family
