Dominique A. Penson

Biography

Dominique Penson is a Senior Partner at Barasch & McGarry focusing on personal injury cases and co-leading the firm’s Family Assistance Team which represents families who have lost a loved one to 9/11-related disease.

Mr. Penson is one of the firm’s senior trial and appellate lawyers and has spent his entire career representing personal injury and accident victims. Over 25 years of practice, he has handled a diverse array of complex injury cases and obtained many multi-million dollar recoveries on behalf of the firm’s clients.
